Half price: Students and seniors are allowed a 50% discount upon presentation of ID and student card or proof of school registration.

Booking fee: Tickets bought via Internet and call centres are subject to a 20% booking Fee. There is also a delivery fee of R$ 13,00 per delivery if you choose to have your tickets delivered at home for addresses in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Or there is a ‘will call’ fee of R$ 8,00 if you choose to collect your tickets at the will call desk at the box office of Citibank Hall (Rua dos Jamaris, 213 São Paulo) opened daily from 12am to 8pm or at the box office that will be installed at the Pavilhão do Anhembi as of March 31th from 12am to 8pm.

As of March 27th the Sensation box office will be installed at the Pavilhão do Anhembi and will be opened from 12am to 8pm; on April 4th it will be opened until 3am. Internet sales will end one day prior to the event.

Doors:

Main entrance is door 26: for all who have a regular tickets full price.

Door 1: is the entrance for Camarote Premium tickets.

Door 3: is the entrance for  regular tickets half price (please remember bringing your id and student card).

Door 13: is the entrance for Camarote Diamond tickets.

Dresscode:

The dress code is white, which means you have to be dressed completely in white. Shoes do not have to be white. Blue Jeans are not allowed, only white jeans. If you are not dressed in white you will not be admitted entrance even if you have a ticket and your ticket will not be refunded.

Transportation:

The closest metro station is Tietê, e from the blue line. You will be received two metro tickets with the purchase of your ticket for Sensation. There will be regular free shuttle bus service during the metro station and Anhembi. Metro runs until midnight and starts again at 5am.

Vans: To book a van to go to Sensation with a group of friends contact the van service at + 55 11 33 71 2606 (Portuguese speaking). This service should be arranged and paid directly to this company.

Taxis: there will be taxis available at the Anhembi.

Notes:

You may bring a digital photo camera or mobile phones with cameras with you. Professional cameras or recording devices are forbidden.

The maximum number of tickets sold per booking is 10 and we do not offer group discounts.

The minimum age is 18 years old and a valid ID might be requested at the entrance.
