“The Tree of Love” presents the Sensation World Tour DJs in Chile
On March 14th 2009, 17.000 people will be delighted with the second
edition of Sensation in Chile. Once again in the spectacular venue of
Estación Mapocho, bringing the amazing show: “The Tree Of Love”.
This year, the line-up is almost only international artists, including
the Sensation residents, and main artists of the Sensation World Tour.
These artists will perform among the local heroes Franko &
Stephanie.

FRANKO & STEPHANIE
Since 2003 this couple played in almost every club in Chile sharing stage with artists like Sasha, Deep Dish and Cattaneo among others. They have performed at the most important festivals in Latin America, like Creamfields, Loveparade and Earthdance. Know Franko and Stephanie are looking forward to delight the Chilean crowd with their music and glamour.
RON CARROLL
Ron Carroll is a Chicago-based singer, songwriter, producer/remixer. and well respected DJ. Primarily known on the global house music circuit, Ron has worked with many of the world's most famous producers such as Bob Sinclar, E-Smoove, Maurice Joshua & Hardsoul. 2005 was one of Ron’s busiest years, seeing him produce several cuts and remixes and contribute vocals on a raft of projects. Ron Carroll is looking forward to wow the crowds at Sensation Chile.
MARCO V
One of Amsterdam’s biggest dance music exports, Marco V loves to rock a stadium. As a DJ and producer, he has melded genres to create a signature sound of driving beats and uplifting melodies. Since the release of his class debut record con:fusion, Marco V has never looked like slowing down. Marco V captivates crowds across the world with his infectious passion and charisma. He performed at Sensation Amsterdam, Poland and Australia last year and will impress Chile this year.
JUNKIE XL (LIVE)
As JUNKIE XL, Dutch born musician,
producer, remixer and one-man band Tom Holkenborg has become synonymous
with electronic dance music. He discovered music by learning and
playing most instruments, including guitar, bass, piano and drums. When
he reworked The King’s moderately successful 1968 single “A Little Less
Conversation” for a 2002 Nike World Cup Commercial, the updated version
unexpectedly catapulted Junkie into the spotlight. The song became a #1
hit in more than twenty countries. An electronic music
jack-of-all-trades, Junkie has established himself as a world famous
club remixer who has turned out epic takes on tracks by the likes of
Britney Spears, Coldplay, Justin Timberlake, Scissor Sisters and more
famous artists. With an unrivaled work ethic, which routinely includes
fourteen-hour days in his home studio, Junkie XL keeps extremely busy
creating new music. Junkie XL will make his debut for Sensation in
Chile.

SEBASTIAN INGROSSO
It has been an ‘On the Road’ year for Sebastian Ingrosso, 2007 seeing him touring the world – after a slew of releases in 2005 and 2006, as well as the Swedish House Mafia take-over of the Miami scene and of Amnesia’s main stage in Ibiza. Sebastian, already a Sensation resident, has impressed the crowds at Sensation Germany NYE and now will win over the Chile audience immediately.

MONIKA KRUSE
Monika Kruse was born 1971 in Berlin, but grew up in Bavaria’s capital Munich. Her passion and love for music came at the age of seven when she started taking piano lessons. A love that would never leave her and that she expressed in these simple words: "Music just makes me happy". Monika started her DJ carrier 1991 in Munich while she was studying sociology and working for a well-known record label as a product manager. Funk, Hip Hop and House influenced her early DJ sets. Monika’s great talent and sensible musical feeling to choose the best record at the right time and to create an amazing and fantastic party vibe brought her fast recognition and national bookings outside of Munich. Aside from her DJ’ing, Monika began to create her own musical productions. Her national and international success is visible in various DJ Charts or magazines polls over the last couple of years.
