Q: On the 18th of March I can buy my tickets at Ticketonline?
A: Yes, you can. BUT, you can only buy a ticket on the 18th of March if you become a Sensation Club Member. You need to register before the 16th of March. On the 17th of March you will receive a personal code with which you can book a maximum of 4 regular and 2 Deluxe tickets at Ticketonline.nl.
Q: So when I become a Club Member and receive a personal code my ticket is guaranteed?
A: No, your ticket is not guaranteed, because we only reserve a certain amount of tickets. It will still be first come, first serve.
Q: Will my ticket be valid for both days and can I make a choice what day to go?
A: No, we will sell tickets for 3 July and for 4 July. Your ticket will be only valid on the date stated on the ticket.
Q: Will there still be tickets left on the 28th of March? Or is there a risk Sensation will be sold out by then?
A: There will be tickets left for sale on the 28th of March for sure, because we only reserve a certain amount of tickets for international sales.
Q: Why do you give an advantage to people from abroad and not from the Netherlands were Sensation is coming from?
A: We do not give an advantage to people from abroad. They can only buy their ticket one week earlier. This will only be a certain amount of tickets. There will be enough tickets left for sale on the 28th of March.
Q: Are the Hotel & Ticket packages only for foreigners?
A: No, both people from the Netherlands and abroad can buy these packages. More info about the packages can be found here.
Q: Will the line-up be the same on July 3 and 4?
A: Yes, the show and line-up will be exactly the same.
Q: Does the event now last for two days?
A: No, the event on Friday and Saturday are two separate events. It will be exactly the same show and line-up though. Both events start at 21h00 and last till 06h00.
Q: How do I get home when the event stops at 06h00 instead of 07h00? Public transport is not available at that time.
A: Together with the NS and GVB Sensation arranges extra public transport on Saturday morning 4 and Sunday morning 5 July. Other than previous years the Sensation show will start and stop one hour earlier, at 06h00. On Saturday morning the regular public transport schedule starts at 06h30 and on Sunday morning the regular transport schedule starts at 07h30. Sensation will arrange that between 06h00 and the start of the regular schedule there will be trains, metros and buses available. A complete schedule of all public transport times will be available shortly before Sensation.
