The preparations for Heineken presents Sensation already started in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. All you need to know to prepare for the event can be found below.

TICKETS
All Regular and Deluxe tickets are sold out. Please be informed that no additional tickets will be sold at the event.

PAYLOGIC TICKET COLLECTION
For those who purchase your ticket through PayLogic, please bring your valid ID and go to the box office by the Deluxe entrance to collect your ticket.

ENTRANCE & TIMES OF SHOW
The doors of K-Arena will open at 21h00. The show starts at 22h00. Make sure you are in time so you will not miss the grand opening! Sensation will last until 05h00.

ENTRANCE PROCEDURE
Your photo ID will be checked upon entrance. Please follow the area code on your ticket when entering the venue. If you attempt to enter through a different entrance other than the designated one, you will NOT be admitted to the venue. To ensure safety for everybody in the venue, all visitors will be searched at the entrance.

TOILETS
There are different areas with toilets in and around K-Areand. The toilets are free of charge.

PAYMENT SYSTEM
There will be NO cash inside the venue with the exception of the food court, all business transactions at the bars will be conducted with tokens. These tokens are available at token booths. There are token booths in the halls, in the main area and on the decks. The tokens can be paid for in cash and credit card. One token costs NT$100. Please note that coins cannot be returned / refunded at the end of the night.
There will be NO ATM at the venue, make absolutely sure to bring enough cash before entering the venue.

PARKING
There are very few parking spaces around the venue, if you want to use them arrive early.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Due to the heavy traffic surrounding the event premises, we strongly suggest you to fully exploit public transportation. Please go to http://www.k-arena.com.tw/traffic.aspx to find details regarding public transportation around the venue.

PHOTO & VIDEO
You can bring your pocket camera and mobile phone. Professional cameras are not allowed. Upon entering the event you agree to be filmed and / or photographed, the records are exclusive and absolute right of the production.

SMOKING
K-Arena is a non-smoking venue. There are designated smoking areas outside.

MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age for Sensation is 18 years.

DRESSCODE
Dress in ALL WHITE. Be sure to wear white shirts and white trousers. While shoes and accessories are not limited to white. Those who fail to follow the dress code will NOT be admitted to the event area, not even with a valid ticket, and there will be no refund for violators. DRUG POLICY
Drugs are prohibited at the event. Please ensure to obey by these rules, as security is tight. Anyone found with drugs will be handled by the police onsite.

SENSATION Rules & Regulations

With the approaching of the highly anticipated SENSATION Taiwan, we have compiled a list of rules and regulations with regard to the event. It is everything you need to know about SENSATION Taiwan. Please make sure that you are fully aware of the following information to ensure a pleasant SENSATION experience.

1. Dress in ALL WHITE. Be sure to wear white shirts and white trousers, while shoes and accessories are not limited to white. Those who fail to follow the dress code will NOT be admitted to the event area, not even with a valid ticket, and there will be no refund for violators. 2. To ensure the quality of the event and the right of the participants, smoking is prohibited inside the venue. There are smoking areas within the parameter, please feel free to exploit these designated areas for your smoking pleasure.

3. There will be various food and beverage vendors onsite, providing you with exquisite delicacies, along with chill-out areas. All participants need to wear the official event bracelet issued at the entrance at all times. Leaving the venue during the event is not allowed. Those who exit the venue before the event ends will lose their bracelet and will not be permitted to re-enter.

4. There will be NO cash inside the venue with the exception of the food court, all business transactions at the bars will be conducted with tokens. Please make sure that you have purchased enough tokens for the duration of the whole event. Furthermore, there will be no refund for the tokens. There will be NO ATM at the venue, make absolutely sure to bring enough cash before entering the venue. Some token vendors within the compound accept credit card, please make use of these spots.

7. Any use of all means of narcotics is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, be it soft, hard or controlled drugs. SENSATION takes pride in its positive image globally and we maintain rigid co-operation with local authorities. There will be undercover police officers patrolling the parameters for the duration of the event. We will report ANY illegal behavior to the authorities with NO EXCEPTION.

Q: How do I re-enter once I’ve left the venue?

A: YOU CANNOT. Leaving the venue during the event is not allowed. Those who exit the venue before the event ends will lose their bracelet and will not be permitted to re-enter. All participants need to wear the official event bracelet issued at the entrance at all times.

Q: Can I use cash at the event when running out of tokens?

A: There will be NO cash inside the venue with the exception of the food court, all business transactions at the bars will be conducted with tokens. Please make sure that you have purchased enough tokens for the duration of the whole event at the entrance. Furthermore, there will be no refund for the tokens. Tokens can be purchased with cash or credit cards. Also, please bear in mind that there will be NO ATM inside the venue.

Q: Will there be anything to eat inside?

A: There will be a food court providing both Chinese, western delicacies and beverages outside the arena, complete with a convenience store. Please note that the food court entrance is meant for dining only and can only lead to the food court, not to the main event. Food is not allowed outside the designated food court, please finish your food before re-entering the venue.

Q: Will there be lockers onsite?

A: Yes, there will be 7,500 lockers located in three different areas within the parameter. One token will be charged each time you lock the door. The three areas containing lockers are as follows:

9. Platform area on the first floor (2F) with 2,000 units separated in 2 places;
10. DELUXE area with 1,000 units (for deluxe ticket holders only).

Q: Can I go outside for the ATM?

A: NO. Furthermore, there will be NO ATM onsite. Make absolutely sure to bring enough cash before entering the venue. Some token vendors within the compound accept credit card, please make full use of these spots.

Q: What time does it start and when does it end?

A: The door opens at 21:00, while the event runs from 22:00 to 5:00. Please be sure to come early so that you won’t miss out SENSATION’s signature spectacular stage shows and entertaining side attractions. Although the event ends at 5:00, the music will continue to go on until 6:00 to minimize the traffic load of the surrounding areas.

Q: Is smoking allowed at the event?

A: To ensure the quality of the event and the right of the participants, smoking is prohibited inside the venue. There are smoking areas within the parameter, please feel free to exploit these designated areas for your smoking pleasure.

Q: Where can I get the Heineken SENSATION limited edition bottle?

A: The Heineken SENSATION limited edition bottles will be issued to EVERY participant upon exit in exchange of the bracelet. One bottle for each bracelet. Please note that the bracelet has to be intact, we will NOT re-issue any new bracelet.

Q: How do I get to K-Arena?

A: Due to the heavy traffic, we strongly urge every participant to fully exploit Kaohsiung City public transportation. The following is a list a different transportation routes to K-Arena:

KRT Route:

Take the KRT and alight at Kaohsiung Arena Station. Exit through <Exit 1>, <Exit 3> or <Exit 5>.
1. K-Arena is located right at the station exit, it’s the best way to the venue!

THSR Route:

Take the THSR and alight at Zuoying Station.
1. Follow the instruction at the station and transfer to KRT. Take the KRT then alight at Kaohsiung Arena Station. Exit through <Exit 1><Exit 3> or<Exit 5>.
2. You can also take a bus. Take <LINE 224> or <LINE 61> and get off at the Kaohsiung Arena Station.

Taiwan Railways Route:

Take the Taiwan Railways and alight at Kaohsiung Main Station.
1. Follow the instruction at the station and transfer to KRT (Kaohsiung Main Station). Take the KRT then alight at Kaohsiung Arena Station. Exit through <Exit 1><Exit 3> or<Exit 5>.
2. You can also take a bus. Take <LINE 301> and get off at the Kaohsiung Arena Station.

Bus Routes:

<LINE 168E>, <LINE 168W>, <LINE 224>, <LINE 17>, <LINE 16>, <LINE 217>, <LINE 301>, <LINE 33>, <LINE 91>, <LINE R33> & <LINE R36> pass by K-Arena.

Drive Route:

1. Exit through the Dingjing Interchange (heading Zuoying)
