Sensation Norway rescheduled to September 15th

Sensation has to inform you that Sensation Norway – initially planned in Oslo’s Telenor Arena for April 14th – has been rescheduled. Our Scandinavian partner, SDE Norway, wasn’t capable to get all details and every aspect of the show to live up to our requirements, therefore we see no other option then to reschedule the event. Every Sensation has to be perfect!

We are happy to announce that we’ve joined forces with a new partner, Atomic. They have a lot of experience with these kind of events and were also part of making Sensation 2011 the success it was. Together we will organize Sensation Norway on September 15th at the same venue.

For the early birds who have already bought a ticket for the show on April 14th, we offer the possibility to get a full refund from March 16th until April 15th or the option to keep the ticket, which will be valid for the event in September.

Ticket sale for Sensation Norway on September 15th starts Friday the 16th of March at 10.00 hours on sensation.com and billettservice.no.

We hope you will all still join us in September, for what promises to be an unforgettable night with the brand new Show ‘Innerspace’.

Sensation Innerspace is centered around the theme of spirituality, and will take 20,000 Norwegians on a mesmerizing journey into the human consciousness. It will present the audience with an interactive backdrop of dazzling decor and jaw-dropping show moments. An audio-visual experience so spectacular, it is hard to grasp.

REFUND
If you're unable to join us or don't wish to attend the event on the September 15th, it is possible to get a refund from March 16th until April 15th. In order to get a refund please take the following steps:

Paylogic:
If you bought your ticket at Paylogic, please send an email to clientsupport@paylogic.nl with "refund request Sensation Norway" and your order number in the header. Depending on your payment method, your money will be transferred within 1 to 4 weeks.

Billettservice:
If you bought your ticket at Billettservice, you will have to return the ticket, based on the type, following the steps below:
1. Ticket that are paid by card and sent home by mail, must be returned to: TicketSerivice AS, PO Box 607, 8607 MO i Rana. Please mark the envelop with "cancelled event".
2. People who bought a print@home ticket can call +004781533133. Please hold your ticket as a reference. Tickets will be refunded by telephone, and the money is transferred back to the card used in payment.

Please note that the deadline to get a refund is April 15th, after this period it will not be possible to claim the refund.
