Terms & Conditions

These T&Cs apply to the Smirnoff SENSATION event to be held at The O2 arena (the “Venue”) on 13 August 2011 (the “Event”).

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) should be read in conjunction with the Ticketmaster Purchase Policy http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/legal?tm_link=tm_homeA_i_ourpolicy and the O2 Terms & Conditions http://www.theo2.co.uk/footer/terms-conditions.html. (the “Venue Terms”), which also apply to the Event except as specified below.

Standard tickets are £55 + £7.25 service charge per ticket. Standard tickets give ticket holders access to the main arena and dance floor, where all the action takes place. It is also possible to purchase Deluxe tickets at a cost of £80 + £9.25 service charge per ticket, which give the ticket holder priority entrance, access to the main arena and dance floor as well as access to the elite Smirnoff Deluxe Area with its heightened experience of the Show, and dedicated bars.

Ticketmaster is the sole authorised seller of tickets to the Event. All tickets to the Event should be purchased through Ticketmaster website (www.ticketmaster.co.uk). All ticket purchases are governed by Ticketmaster’s terms of use, available at http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/legal?tm_link=tm_homeA_i_ourpolicy.

Entry to the Event is limited to ticket holders and is for over 18s only. Only persons who are over 18 years of age in possession of valid tickets will be admitted to the Event. Proof of age may be required before permission may be granted to the Event. This restriction takes precedence over any conflicting provisions of the Venue Terms.

In addition there is a strict dress code for the Event (the “Dress Code”). All attendees are required to wear white on top and bottom. Small patterns or logos are acceptable Ticket holders who do not comply with the Dress Code will not be granted admission to the Event. Tickets are non-refundable.

Personal cameras and mobile phones with photographic or recording elements will be allowed into the event. However, any type of professional or semi-professional camera/recording equipment (as deemed to be such by the Venue and Promoter at their sole discretion) will be confiscated and returned at the end of the night. In addition, programmes, posters and other printed matter may not be reprinted.

The Venue and the Promoter reserve the right to refuse entry to the Event for whatever reason. Tickets are not refundable.

Ticket holders acknowledge and accept that by attending the Event, they take part in reasonable publicity. The Promoter and its agents and the Venue may photograph, video and/or film the event or any other activity in connection with the Event, you waive any and all rights, including but not limited to, image rights, in such materials and acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit without further permission from or payment to you.

The Promoter will attempt to ensure that the Event runs as advertised, but the Promoter reserves the right to terminate, postpone or amend the programme of the Event. The Promoter shall not be liable for such termination, postponement or amendment, but shall endeavour to notify ticketholders in a suitable manner as soon as practicable.

The Promoter will, to the extent permitted by law, not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind howsoever arising, suffered by any person in connection with the Event.

The Promoter is not liable for the programme of the Event and the manner in which it is carried out.

Personal data will only be held for the purpose of making tickets available for purchase and communicating with you about the Event and will not be used for any other purposes whatsoever without your prior permission (i.e. where you have specifically opted in to receive other communications). If you opt in to receiving further communications, you are agreeing to be contacted by Ticketmaster and/or the Venue and/or Sensation International BV via email regarding future events, news and offers. You will only receive further communications from Smirnoff & Co if you opt-in to receive such communications during the purchase process on Ticketmaster’s website.

These T&Cs are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
