FAQ: Sensation Amsterdam 2017 Ticket Sale
When will the Sensation Amsterdam 2017 general ticket sale start?
There will be a queue system. The website keeps track of your position in the queue. If you press F5/refresh, you’ll automatically be the last in line again, so please don’t refresh!
Please be aware: with this system, it’s a ‘first come, first served’ basis. The queue gives you no guarantee that you can buy a ticket, but it’s the fairest way.
The queue starts when the ticket sales start.
How can I pay for my tickets?
During the sale, you can pay for your tickets with the following payment types (please note that there are different costs involved for each payment method, you can see these costs in step 4 of the ordering process by clicking on the different types):
ING Home’ Pay
There is an error during my payment, what do I need to do?
If you get an error message during your payment, please click on the back button IN THE ORDER PROCESS (do not click on the browsers’ back button). You can try to pay for your tickets again. If you click on the browsers’ back button, you’ll leave the order process and you’ll end up in the queue again.
Do I need to have a Paylogic account to buy my tickets?
If you already have a Paylogic account, you can use this one.
Please check your account details before the start of the ticket sale to be sure your password and email address are both correct. If you're not sure you already have a Paylogic account, you can also check via www.paylogic.nl/login.

Questions about your order?
Q&A: Sensation Amsterdam 2017
Why is this the last Sensation Amsterdam?
After 18 years, we feel that it’s time for renewal. This can be done in two ways: you either keep doing what you’re doing or you say goodbye and start something new. We chose the latter; stop at our peak and put our full focus into something new.
Does this mean the end of Sensation worldwide?
No, we only say goodbye to the Netherlands with ‘The Final’ edition. Sensation international will continue abroad.
Why will Sensation continue abroad?
Sensation is based in the Netherlands. It began as a concept from Duncan Stutterheim and Eric Keijer, both season ticket holders of Ajax. They thought of turning the Amsterdam ArenA into the biggest nightclub in the world. This succeeded and with the introduction of a white dress code, a unique dimension was added. We have successfully Celebrated Life with Sensation White in 34 countries worldwide and we will continue in doing so abroad. For the Netherlands, however, it is time to say goodbye and come back with something new.
Is last year’s threat why there is no more Sensation Amsterdam?
No, not at all. Last year, we had an excellent cooperation with the responsible authorities and together we coped that issue. We didn’t hesitate for one moment to organize Sensation White again this year.
Does this have to do with declining ticket sales?
With Sensation Amsterdam, we still sell out the entire Amsterdam Arena and this will also happen with ‘The Final’ on July 8th.
What separates ‘The Final’ from other Sensation shows?
We have a phenomenal lineup with (in order of appearance) Mr. White, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Fedde le Grand, Hardwell, ‘Special Guest’ and Axwell & Ingrosso, hosted by MC Gee. Fedde will play the megamix live, showcasing all the biggest hits of Sensation throughout the years. In addition, the last closing hour will be a back-to-back set with an array of Dutch DJs that have played at Sensation in previous years. One thing is for certain: Sensation Amsterdam will go out with a big bang!
Who is the ‘Special Guest’?
We are keeping one DJ under wraps as a surprise act, but will reveal one clue: ‘The world’s greatest legend’.
You must be eighteen years or older to be admitted to Sensation. Even with the permission of your parents or if accompanied by someone over eighteen, you will not be permitted if you are under the age of eighteen. Please note that the minimum age may differ by country.
