TICKETS

There will be no ticket sales on the night. Go to ticketmaster.com.au to purchase your tickets in advance.


MINIMUM AGE

Minimum age for entry to Sensation is 18 years, so bring photo ID. To ensure faster flow at entrances please have your ticket and ID ready upon entry.


ENTRANCE & TIMES OF SHOW

Doors open at 08.00 PM. The show starts at 22.00 PM and will go on into the early hours of the morning ending at 06.00 AM. Sensation will also have a Trance room, which will close at 5am.

As tickets were made up in an early stage of planning Sensation, some entrances have changed. Follow signage and instructions. Below the usage of all entrances.
GA – Gate 1,2,3,7: opens at 08:00pm
DELUXE – Northern and southern end victory promenade: opens at 08:00pm
EXCLUSIVE DECK – Northern end victory promenade: opens at 08:00pm
DELUXE WITH DINNER – Gate 9 – opens at 07:00pm
We will start closing entrances at 02:00am.

VOUCHERS

Vouchers are not tickets, vouchers can be redeemed at gate 7 ticketwindows. After this one can proceed to the appropriate entrance.


CLOAKING

There will be no cloaking room on the night.
Telstra Dome does not have a suitable location for a cloaking area. Therefore we recommend you to bring as little as possible or leave belongings you do not require for the night in the car.


TOILETS

There are enough toilets in the arena. The toilets are free of charge.


PAYMENT IN THE TELSTRA DOME

Payment of food & beverage will be in cash. Telstra Dome is equipped with a few ATM’s.


PARKING

When arriving by car, all parking entrances will be opened on the night. Parking tickets can be purchased from the ticket machines for 23 dollars. You can also buy parking tickets in advance through ticketmaster. Due to a limited amount of parking spaces we advise you to use public transport.


PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The Telstra Dome is located close to Southern Cross train station and tram stops on Bourke street, La Trobe street, Spencer Street and Harbour Esplanade.
On New Years Eve public transport will be free between 5pm December 31, 2008 until 6am January 1st, 2009. During this time extra train services will run to accommodate New Year’s crowds.


PHOTO & VIDEO

To be sure you capture all special moments at Sensation, you can of course bring your mobile and/or digital camera. Professional photo and video cameras may only be used by people who received special press accreditation.



SENSATION MERCHANDISE

Sensation has made a unique collection of shirts, pants and jackets which are available at the official Sensation merchandise stands inside the Telstra Dome. When unable to find white, or dressed not white enough, our merchandise stand outside gate 2 may be able to help you out.  


PASS OUTS

There will be no pass outs on the night.


SMOKING

Telstra Dome is a non-smoking venue and as such, smoking is banned throughout the entire stadium. A designated smoking area will be located outside Gate 5.


FIRST AID

A number of fully equipped first aid teams will be on site. Make sure you know where the first aid station is located (aisle 40).


DRESSCODE

The dress code is white, which means you have to be dressed in white completely. Shoes, accesoiries and small prints in another color are allowed.  Blue Jeans are not allowed, only white jeans. If you are not dressed in white you will not be admitted entrance even if you have a ticket.


LOST AND FOUND

Any lost and found items will be handed over to the Telstra Dome at the end of the night. You can contact Telstra Dome from the 2nd of January with regard to items you may have lost via email: enquiries@telstradome.com.au or call 03 8625 7700.
